For your organisation, Arna is a colleague employees can email, mention or assign a task, and she does it from start to finish: an agreement, an addendum, a termination. For Legal and HR, she comes with a platform that keeps her work under their control.

ArnaArna is a cloud-based AI platform built for Legal and HR. She's not another chatbot, like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. When you refer a matter to Arna, she will follow one of the approved blueprints. The underlying systems are designed for accuracy and security.

Arna, could you prepare the addendum to Freja's employment contract and check it's compliant with the local labour law? You'll find her current contract in Google Drive.
A blueprint is your process, written down and approved: the questions to ask, the documents to produce, who signs off. Arna follows it rather than improvising, so every matter comes back the way your team would have done it. We help you write the first few, then you expand.
Say goodbye to being pulled into another endless email chain. Arna can collect and share just enough information from individuals without demanding too much of their precious time. Processes will never be simple. But they can be easy with Arna in the middle.
ArnaMaria SmithInvite her to your Google Drive, SharePoint, Asana or Slack, and she works there like anyone else: reading and writing Word and PDF documents, picking up tasks, answering messages. For everything else, she connects through open standards like MCP and Agent Skills.
Arna lets you define who can access particular blueprints, documents, skills and tools. She then enforces these rules in every interaction, through guardrails and audit trails that ensure only authorised users can obtain confidential information and perform sensitive actions.
Instead of paying for seats that may or may not be used, Arna charges per unit of work. Her dashboard displays all the tasks she is doing for the entire organisation, exactly how much they cost and why.
Our bottleneck was never legal judgement — it was the volume of routine drafting sitting in front of it. Arna absorbed that layer. My team now spends its time on the matters that actually need a lawyer, and the rest moves in hours instead of weeks.
